Velma learns how your company runs: your customers, products, prices, routines and the way you like things done. Your team can then ask Velma instead of asking you, and the AI tools they already use give answers that fit your company, not generic ones.

3. Have your first conversation. Velma asks about your company, and you answer in your own words. Fifteen minutes is enough to begin.
4. Connect the tools you already use, so Velma can learn from them too.

No. If you can explain your company to a new colleague, you can use Velma. There's nothing to configure and nothing to write down.

Velma runs on Mac today. Velma for Windows is on its way. Your team can also use what Velma knows from inside ChatGPT, Claude and Copilot, wherever they use those.

Yes. Our team can sit down with you, connect your tools and get Velma up to speed for you. Email us and we'll find a time.

In two ways: by talking with you and your team, and by reading the tools you connect, like your documents, email and accounting. When Velma learns something new, it suggests it to you first. Nothing becomes part of what Velma knows until someone on your team accepts it.

Correct it, the same way you'd correct a colleague. Every change is saved with who made it and when, so you can always see what changed and go back.

The tools we support are shown on the front page. Using something that isn't there? Tell us. We add new tools based on what our customers use.

A job Velma does for you on a schedule or when something happens. For example, a summary of last week every Monday morning, or a heads-up when a good customer goes quiet. You choose what it does. Velma prepares the work, and a person decides what happens with it.

Everyone in your company. You don't pay per person, so there's no reason to leave anyone out.

Yes. Each person has a role, and anything sensitive can be marked so only the people you trust with it can see it. If someone connects their own email, what Velma finds there stays private to them. Not even the company's owners can see it.

Remove them in Velma and their access stops right away. Anything they connected privately, like their own email, is deleted. What they taught Velma for the company stays, so the knowledge doesn't leave with them.

No. You can use the Claude or ChatGPT account you already pay for, or use the AI that comes with Velma. You can mix: some people on their own account, others on Velma's.

No. Your data is only used to answer your company's questions. We never use it to train AI, and we never sell it.

Yes. Email us and we'll send you a copy of everything your company has in Velma. When you end your subscription, we delete your data within 30 days.

Each company's data is walled off from every other company's in the database itself, not just in our code. Access to your connected tools is stored encrypted, and every change is logged. See Security on the front page for more.

You get 7 days of the Starter plan for free, without a credit card. When the trial ends, nothing is charged: choose a plan to keep going. If you don't, we keep your data for 30 days in case you change your mind, then delete it.

Yes, at any time. A bigger plan applies straight away. A smaller plan, or cancelling, takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for.

No. Prices are in euros, excluding VAT; the VAT for your country is added when you pay. You pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, monthly or yearly, through our payment partner Creem, which also sends your receipts. Paying yearly gives you two months free.
